ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs all access to and use of the products, loader, website, digital keys, Discord community, and services provided by Division (“Company,” “We,” or “Us”).

By accessing or using any Division service (“Services”), You (“User”) agree to comply fully with this Policy.
Violation of this Policy may result in immediate termination of access, account suspension, key invalidation, or permanent bans without refund.


1. PURPOSE OF THIS POLICY

This Policy exists to:

  • Ensure safe and lawful use of Division Services

  • Clarify permitted and prohibited behaviors

  • Limit Division’s liability

  • Demonstrate Division’s refusal to encourage or condone misuse

  • Protect Division from legal exposure relating to User conduct


2. PROHIBITED USERS

The following individuals and groups are strictly prohibited from accessing, purchasing, downloading, or using Division Services:

  • Employees, contractors, affiliates, or representatives of game publishers associated with Rust, Arc Raiders, Fortnite, Apex Legends, DayZ, or Dead by Daylight

  • Employees, contractors, affiliates, or representatives of anti-cheat providers including EAC, BattlEye, Vanguard, Ricochet, FACEIT, Unity Anti-Cheat, or others

  • Individuals acting in investigative, enforcement, or evidentiary capacities

  • Individuals located in or accessing the Services from Sweden

By using the Services, You affirm that You are not a prohibited party.


3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Users must:

  • Use Division Services in compliance with all applicable laws

  • Follow all Division policies, including the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, EULA, and Community Guidelines

  • Protect their devices and accounts from unauthorized access

  • Install and use the Software only as instructed

  • Ensure all downloads come from official Division sources

Users are solely responsible for their actions and for understanding the terms of any third-party agreements they choose to violate.


4. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Users may not use Division Services for any unlawful, harmful, or unethical purpose, including but not limited to:

4.1 Illegal or Unauthorized Activities

  • Violating any local, national, or international law

  • Engaging in harassment, stalking, or targeted abuse

  • Using Division Services to assist criminal activity

  • Circumventing digital rights management systems

4.2 Game-Related Misuse

Users must not:

  • Attempt to use Division Software to bypass, disable, or interfere with anti-cheat systems

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, analyze, or derive internal game mechanisms using Division Services

  • Claim or imply the Software provides guaranteed safety, invisibility, or protection from enforcement

  • Use the Software for commercial boosting, account selling, or real-money trading

  • Use Division Services to gain unauthorized access to protected systems

Division Software operates externally and is not designed to circumvent anti-cheat or protected environments.

4.3 Harmful Technical Misuse

Users must not:

  • Modify, tamper with, or reverse engineer the loader

  • Share, resell, or redistribute keys or Software

  • Attempt to spoof hardware identifiers or manipulate key validation

  • Interfere with Division servers, networks, or infrastructure

  • Introduce malware, exploits, or harmful code into any Division system

4.4 Misrepresentation & Unauthorized Claims

Users are prohibited from:

  • Making false or misleading statements about Division

  • Claiming Division guarantees safety, invisibility, or undetectability

  • Impersonating Division staff

  • Creating unofficial Division-branded websites, Discord servers, or groups

Any misrepresentation may result in termination.


5. CONTENT RESTRICTIONS

Users must not post or share:

  • Illegal content

  • Leaked, proprietary, or confidential game materials

  • Instructions on bypassing anti-cheat systems

  • Malware, exploits, or harmful files

  • Hate speech, harassment, or abusive content

  • False claims about Division’s capabilities

Division may remove such content at its discretion.


6. SECURITY REQUIREMENTS

Users must:

Division is not responsible for damages caused by altered or unofficial versions of the Software.


7. ENFORCEMENT & TERMINATION

Division may take any of the following actions without notice:

  • Suspend or terminate User access

  • Invalidate digital keys

  • Issue permanent bans

  • Remove Discord access

  • Block IP addresses

  • Cooperate with authorities under Singapore law if required

No refunds are issued for terminations resulting from AUP violations.


8. LIABILITY LIMITATION

Users acknowledge that:

  • They assume all risks associated with using Division Services

  • Division is not liable for bans, account suspensions, losses, or enforcement actions

  • Division does not guarantee product compatibility or performance

  • Division does not endorse or encourage violations of third-party agreements


9. AMENDMENTS

Division may update or modify this AUP at any time.
Continued use of Division Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.


10. ACCEPTANCE

By using any Division Service, You confirm that:

  • You understand and accept this Policy

  • You are not a prohibited party

  • You accept all responsibilities and risks

  • You understand that violations may result in permanent termination without refund
