GAME PUBLISHER & ANTI-CHEAT CONTACT POLICY

This Game Publisher & Anti-Cheat Contact Policy (“Policy”) sets forth the procedures and limitations governing communications between Division (“Company”) and any game publishers, game developers, anti-cheat providers, or their representatives (“External Entities”).


1. NO FORMAL OR INFORMAL RELATIONSHIP

Division is an independent entity and maintains no affiliation, partnership, endorsement, or cooperation with:

  • Game publishers associated with Rust, Arc Raiders, Fortnite, Apex Legends, DayZ, Dead by Daylight

  • Any anti-cheat provider including EAC, BattlEye, Vanguard, Ricochet, FACEIT, Unity Anti-Cheat

  • Any related parent or subsidiary company

Division provides no insight, assistance, access, or cooperation to these entities.


2. ACCEPTABLE CONTACT CHANNELS

External Entities may send written communication to:

However:

  • This does not constitute acceptance of legal service

  • Division may ignore or decline unsolicited inquiries at its discretion

  • Division does not engage in phone calls, video calls, or investigative interviews


3. UNACCEPTABLE COMMUNICATION

Division does not respond to communications that:

  • Attempt to gather intelligence on the Software

  • Attempt to solicit statements about detection status, methods, or internal development

  • Threaten legal action outside Singapore jurisdiction

  • Request user data or server logs

  • Demand immediate removal of products without following Singapore legal procedures

  • Are sent through Discord, social media, or informal channels

  • Originate from Sweden or any prohibited jurisdiction

Such communications are disregarded or documented without response.


4. DISCLOSURE OF USER DATA

Division does not provide game publishers or anti-cheat companies with:

  • User data

  • Identifying information

  • Telemetry

  • IP addresses

  • Behavioral logs

  • “Backdoor” access or monitoring tools

Requests for such information are rejected.


5. TAKEDOWN DEMANDS & CLAIMS

All takedown demands must:

  • Be sent in writing to legal@divisioncheats.com

  • Provide legal basis under Singapore law

  • Comply with Division's DMCA Policy and Service of Process & Jurisdiction Notice

Foreign takedown claims, DMCA notices, or cease-and-desist letters issued outside Singapore:

  • Do not obligate Division to respond

  • Are not recognized unless validated by a competent Singapore authority


6. PROHIBITED ACCESS

External Entities are prohibited from:

  • Joining Division’s Discord Server

  • Creating Division accounts

  • Attempting to purchase or download the Software

  • Accessing the loader or any internal system

  • Impersonating customers or affiliates

  • Engaging in investigative or evidentiary monitoring

Any such attempt constitutes a breach of Division’s Terms and may result in legal action.


7. NO VOLUNTARY ASSISTANCE

Division does not:

  • Collaborate with publishers

  • Participate in anti-cheat research

  • Provide detection-related information

  • Modify products upon publisher request

  • Engage in “dialogue-based takedowns”

  • Cooperate with private investigators hired by publishers


8. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

Division may refuse, reject, or ignore any communication from External Entities for any reason. Division reserves all rights available under Singapore law.
