LAW ENFORCEMENT & GOVERNMENT REQUEST POLICY

This Law Enforcement & Government Request Policy (“Policy”) explains how Division (“Company”) handles requests for user information, records, logs, or cooperation from law enforcement agencies, government authorities, regulatory bodies, and similar entities (“Authorities”).

This Policy applies to all Division Services.


1. GOVERNING LAW

1.1 Division is incorporated and operated under the laws of Singapore.
1.2 All handling of legal requests is governed exclusively by Singapore legal requirements.
1.3 Division does not voluntarily comply with foreign legal demands unless they are:

  • Submitted through proper diplomatic or treaty-based channels, and

  • Recognized by a competent court in Singapore.


2. ACCEPTABLE METHODS FOR LEGAL REQUESTS

Division only responds to requests that meet all of the following:

  • A valid subpoena, court order, or warrant issued by a Singapore court

  • Requests submitted through international mutual legal assistance channels recognized by Singapore

  • Requests that clearly identify the legal authority and legal basis

Division does not accept or honor:

  • Foreign subpoenas, warrants, or court orders

  • Informal requests by email, Discord, or support channels

  • Requests submitted by game publishers or private investigators posing as authorities

  • Demands from authorities acting outside Singapore jurisdiction unless domesticated through Singapore courts

Improper requests are rejected without review.


3. TYPES OF DATA WE HOLD

For transparency, Division maintains minimal data, including:

  • Email addresses provided by the User

  • Telemetry: HWID, basic system configuration, timestamps, crash logs, key authentication records

  • Discord IDs for support interactions, if applicable

Division does not:

  • Store payment card details

  • Collect gaming activity logs

  • Store decrypted personal content

  • Maintain live surveillance


4. USER NOTICE

Unless prohibited by Singapore law or a lawful gag order issued by a Singapore court, Division may notify the affected User prior to disclosing any information.

Division does not provide advance notice based on foreign-issued secrecy demands.


5. LIMITATIONS ON COOPERATION

Division does not provide:

  • Live monitoring or “backdoor” access

  • Real-time data feeds

  • Custom data collection

  • Assistance in game publisher investigations

  • Behavioral tracking

  • Device or account identification beyond existing telemetry

Division’s cooperation is strictly limited to data already stored and only pursuant to valid legal obligation under Singapore law.


6. FOREIGN REQUESTS

Foreign authorities must follow:

  • Applicable international mutual legal assistance treaties (MLATs), and

  • Singapore’s domestic procedures for recognizing foreign requests

Division rejects:

  • “Urgent” foreign requests not validated by Singapore

  • Informal demands from police, investigators, or regulatory bodies outside Singapore

  • Attempts to compel disclosure through hosting providers or payment processors


7. SERVICE OF PROCESS

For service of process rules, refer to the Service of Process & Jurisdiction Notice.
Division does not accept service electronically.


8. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

Division reserves the right to challenge, refuse, or object to any legal request that:

  • Is overly broad

  • Lacks legal authority

  • Violates Singapore law

  • Attempts to circumvent required procedures
