2. SOFTWARE INTENT & USE LIMITATIONS
Division develops Software solely for:
Personal, lawful experimentation
External, non-invasive enhancement tools
User-side interface augmentation
Division’s Software:
Does not modify game files
Does not access, read, or write game memory
Does not bypass anti-cheat systems
Does not disable, alter, or tamper with technological protection measures
Does not circumvent encryption or game executable protections
The Software is designed to operate strictly externally and within normal operating system boundaries.
3. NO GUARANTEE OF COMPATIBILITY OR PERFORMANCE
Division does not guarantee that:
The Software will function with all game versions
The Software will remain functional after game or anti-cheat updates
Accounts will remain secure or free from enforcement actions
Third-party platforms will tolerate or permit the use of the Software
Users accept all risks involved in using third-party tools in conjunction with online games.

You alone are responsible for ensuring compliance with Your local laws
You alone are responsible for ensuring compliance with any third-party Terms of Service
Division is not liable for any account bans, suspensions, penalties, or enforcement actions taken by game publishers or platform operators
Division does not condone or encourage violations of third-party agreements
Users bear all legal and practical risks associated with Software usage.
5. NO PROFESSIONAL, LEGAL, OR GUARANTEED ADVICE
Nothing provided by Division—including website content, product descriptions, support messages, or documentation—constitutes:

Professional guidance
A guarantee of safety, security, or durability

6. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & CHANGES
Division may, at any time and without notice:

Restrict or discontinue access
Disable or remove features
Revoke or suspend user licenses for violations of policy
Division is under no obligation to maintain compatibility with any specific game, platform, version, or environment.
7. PROHIBITED PARTIES
The Software may not be used by:

Anti-cheat developers, security researchers, or contractors
Law enforcement or government investigators
Anyone located in or accessing the Software from Sweden
Users represent they are not part of any prohibited group.
