This Statement is provided to assist Users, hosting providers, payment processors, and platform operators in understanding Division’s operational safety standards.


1. SOFTWARE IS NOT MALWARE

Division Software:

  • Does not contain viruses, trojans, keyloggers, spyware, ransomware, or rootkits

  • Does not access, store, or transmit User credentials

  • Does not perform hidden or unauthorized system modifications

  • Operates exclusively in standard user-mode where applicable

Division Software does not compromise the security or integrity of a User’s device.


2. NO CIRCUMVENTION, NO PRIVILEGED ACCESS

Division Software:

  • Does not bypass anti-cheat

  • Does not access protected memory

  • Does not escalate privileges or modify kernel behavior

  • Does not interfere with system integrity or enforce persistent components

  • Does not modify game files or OS security mechanisms

All behavior is external and operates within normal OS boundaries.


3. NO EXFILTRATION OF PERSONAL DATA

Division does not collect:

  • Passwords

  • Payment card information

  • Browser history

  • Local files or documents

  • In-game activity data

Division collects only minimal telemetry needed for key validation and product support, as detailed in the Privacy Policy.


4. CODE SIGNING & FILE INTEGRITY (If applicable)
